The Ampace JP30P1 is a premium, industrial-grade 18650 cylindrical rechargeable lithium-ion cell engineered by Ampace Technology Limited for civil applications. Boasting a high-density structural layout with a minimal ex-factory AC internal resistance of ≤ 5mΩ, this high-drain cell is purposely optimized to reduce heat signature buildup under strenuous operating conditions.

With a 3.68V nominal voltage and a 3000mAh capacity, the JP30P1 reliably unleashes a 36A maximum continuous discharge current without requiring thermal cut-off validation, and up to 56A continuous discharge when coupled with an 80°C surface temperature management cutoff. It features remarkable fast-charging capability up to 9.0A alongside reliable low-temperature performance down to -20°C. This cell serves as a benchmark power source for heavy-duty electric tools, outdoor garden machinery, and high-power vacuum cleaning appliances.

  • BMS & Host Protection Mandate: Pack builders must implement an independent Battery Management System (BMS) with over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit, and over-temperature safety loops. The system must trigger discharge cut-off the moment any single cell hits 2.5V.
  • Handling & Disassembly: Never open, crush, puncture, shred, or modify the cell structure. If electrolyte leakage occurs, prevent fluid contact with eyes or skin; flush immediately with fresh water and seek urgent medical care.
